1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies only to subscription purchases made by gym owners for using the HelloMyGYM software through Google Play. It does not govern the membership fees charged by gyms to their own customers/members.
2. Pricing & Currency
All HelloMyGYM subscription charges are billed in your local currency as determined by the Google Play Store in your region. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and may vary by country. Plans and pricing may change from time to time, and any change will be communicated in advance wherever required.
3. Payment Processing via Google Play Billing
We use Google Play Billing as our exclusive payment system to securely process all subscription purchases. When you subscribe, the transaction is processed by Google LLC through the Google Play Store in accordance with Google's payment policies. HelloMyGYM does not store, collect or have access to your full payment details (card numbers, UPI PIN, wallet credentials, etc.). We only receive the subscription status, plan type, and a secure purchase token to activate your access.
4. Subscription Activation
Your HelloMyGYM subscription or renewal is considered active once your purchase is successfully confirmed by Google Play. Access to premium features will be granted or extended based on the plan and duration selected by you. Subscription management (pause, cancel, view) is available in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions.
5. Refunds & 7-Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be confident in using HelloMyGYM. Therefore, we offer a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee for new subscription purchases:
- If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- Refund requests can be initiated through the Google Play Store or by contacting our support team who will assist you with the Google Play refund process.
- Once the 7-day window has passed, subscriptions are generally non-refundable as HelloMyGYM is a digital SaaS product and access is granted immediately upon purchase.
We also consider refund requests in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same subscription period
- Technical error resulting in a charge without corresponding subscription activation
If a refund is approved, it will be processed by Google LLC back to the original payment source. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account varies based on Google Play's processing timelines and your bank's policies.
6. Cancellations & Non-Renewal
You can cancel your HelloMyGYM subscription at any time directly through the Google Play Store under Subscriptions. Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation only stops future renewals; it does not immediately remove access.
If you wish to stop using the service earlier, you may discontinue at any time, but no partial-period refunds are provided except as described in the Refunds section above.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe there has been an unauthorised or incorrect charge, please contact us first so we can help investigate and resolve the issue. For billing disputes related to Google Play, you may also contact Google Play support. We reserve the right to suspend access to the service in case of repeated or fraudulent disputes.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements or payment processes. Any material changes will be notified inside the app or via email where appropriate. Your continued use of HelloMyGYM after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
