Steps to Deletion
To request the deletion of your HelloMyGYM owner account and all associated gym records, follow these steps:
1. Using the Mobile Application (Recommended)
- Open the HelloMyGYM app on your Android device.
- Go to the 'More' screen from the bottom navigation.
- Look for the 'Delete Account' option (highlighted in red).
- Click the button and confirm your intention in the popup dialog.
- Your account will be immediately deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion.
2. Request via Website / Email
- Send an email from your registered email address to support@hellomygym.com.
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include your Registered Mobile Number and Gym Name.
- Our support team will verify your identity via a callback and process the deletion within 30 days.
What Happens After Deletion?
Upon account deletion, all data linked to your account—including member profiles, attendance logs, and financial records—is permanently removed from our production servers. This action is irreversible.
